I perform a deed for tooth ache. All praise be to Allah, it is very effective. Write Ya sham-alooni یَاشَمْعَلُوْنِیْ . Make the Ain of this a little bigger. Then fix a nail in this Ain and hang it on a tree. The patient stands in front of it while holding his tooth. By the grace of Allah when he removes the hand the tooth ache is not there.

Similarly I present a second amulet. Write Moses is successful and pharaoh is drowned (moosa kamiyaab shud firaon gurq shud). Make three amulets of this. The tooth in which you have pain, place it on this and press your jaws around it. After 3–4 minutes swallow the amulet. Then put the second and then the third amulet, by the grace of Allah Almighty the pain will ameliorate. (Abdul-Khaaliq Raheemi, Muzaffar Garh)
